Delete your account

StallTrust Australia

You can permanently delete your StallTrust account and the personal data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — In the app (instant)

The fastest way — your account is deleted immediately:

1. Open StallTrust and sign in.
2. Go to Profile (the avatar, top-left of the map).
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. Your account and personal data are removed straight away.

Option 2 — Request by web (if you can't use the app)

If you've uninstalled the app or can't sign in, send us a request below. Enter the email address on your StallTrust account so we can find and delete it. We action requests within 7 days and email you to confirm.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your account info (name, email, login)
• Your check-in history, points, and activity
• Your saved location data tied to your account

What may be retained

To keep the community map honest for everyone, some contributions you made may remain after your account is gone, but no longer linked to you:

• Stalls you added stay on the map (they belong to the community, not to you), with your name removed.
• Reviews and photos may be retained in anonymised form, or removed on request — just ask in the note above.
• Anonymous, aggregate trust scores that don't identify you.
